TRMA
Our Rooted Inner Radiance formula is geared towards emotional and physical balance within one’s nervous system and to soften the memories and fears of trauma. A sense of relief, ease and connectedness is the goal of this formula. Healing is often a gradual process of reconnecting with oneself, rebuilding safety within the body, and developing healthier emotional patterns, resilience, and self-compassion over time. Positive childhood experiences can support confidence, trust, joy, and emotional security, while painful experiences such as neglect, criticism, abandonment, emotional wounds, or trauma may leave unresolved patterns within the inner child.
Emotional, physical, and sexual trauma can leave deep and lasting effects on the mind, body, nervous system, relationships, self-worth, and sense of safety. Trauma is not only defined by what happened, but also by how the body and nervous system experienced and stored those events over time.
The concept of the “inner child” refers to the emotional part of ourselves shaped by early life experiences, unmet needs, wounds, fears, memories, and learned patterns developed during childhood. When trauma occurs — especially during formative years — parts of the inner child may carry unresolved pain and abandonment. Healing work often focuses on creating safety, self-awareness, and compassion while gently addressing stored emotional and nervous system patterns.
These unresolved experiences can later appear as fear, insecurity, people-pleasing, emotional triggers, difficulty trusting, anxiety, or a deep desire for validation and safety. Inner child healing focuses on recognizing and nurturing these emotional wounds with awareness, compassion, and self-support. The goal of inner child work is not to relive the past, but to support emotional healing, personal growth, and a stronger sense of inner safety, self-worth, and wholeness.
