CALM refers to anything that helps reduce stress, ease anxiety and support the mind and body in achieving a more relaxed and balanced state. It encompasses physical, emotional, mental and environmental approached that assist the nervous system in shifting from "fight-or-flight" response into a state of rest, recovery and regulation.
